End Users/ Property Owners
Ramset will only provide technical support and troubleshooting to qualified and experienced technicians. Gate operators are complex and should NOT be installed, maintained, or serviced by the owner. Failure to comply will void all warranties. Ramset will support you, the end user by providing the best tech support to your technician.
What should you do
If you are experiencing problems with your gate please contact your technician. They can then diagnose the issue and call us should they need further assistance. As a reminder warranty claims must be submitted by a technician or your retailer. If you need help selecting the right gate technician in your area, we would be pleased to refer you to one of our authorized distributors who can then put you in the right hands of the proper technician for your needs.
